How?
Data was collected by cleaning up the shoreline around Magic Island. This method is the best way to collect data because I was able to clean up by the beach/shoreline both in and outside of the water. Using the International Coastal Cleanup Data Card we were able to record information for the items listed on the right.

Conclusion
According to the data collected what was mostly found around the beach/shoreline was caps and lids. It tells us that the bins around the beach are somewhat helpful but people are still littering and not throwing it away. What we could do is put some recycling bins around the beach and some signs so that people are more aware that there are places to throw away glass and plastic bottles instead of inside the ocean or by the shoreline.
